  1. I cannot agree more with using the expression "Hi", I used to work in the Human Resources department and I would not even look at those type of cover letters. They are very unprofessional. Another part of the hiring process a lot of people worry about is the pre-employment screening, this is because a lot of people assume their credit score is apart of this.
