Face Your Fears and Find the Freedom You Need to Succeed!

Does fear keep you from reaching goals? Here are some ways to combat common job-related fears.

Don't fear failure; embrace failure as an opportunity for growth. Don't let anxiety cause you to put your aspirations on the shelf where they will languish. Mary Kay Cosmetics founder Mary Kay Ash said it best: “Fail forward to success.”

Allow yourself to be vulnerable

Practice Public Speaking – Being a confident speaker requires training, not talent. Master this skill and you will command the attention and respect that you deserve and the successes will ensue.
